Refund policy

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. However, due to the nature of our business, the following policy applies.

Returns

Returns are accepted only in cases where the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests must be raised within 24 hours after delivery and may require photo or video proof for verification.

Products must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for review.

Refunds

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, a refund or replacement may be issued at our discretion.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or other suitable methods after verification.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund due to hygiene, customization, or supplier restrictions.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
